Connect

Add CallAgent as a remote MCP server in a compatible assistant. During the private pilot, access is limited to the invited Google accounts.

Use the existing live MCP URL above until the new platform is deployed. The account dashboard does not issue a separate bearer token.

Give it a task

Include the destination, what you need to learn and any real restrictions. For example: “Ask whether they have space for four tonight. You can ask about other times, but don’t reserve anything.”

Start and guide

The current MCP prepares a call before starting it. The assistant shows the recipient and goal, then starts the authorized call. While it runs, you can send a normal nudge for the next suitable turn, or an urgent correction that interrupts the agent.

Read the result

The assistant can retrieve status, a transcript and the outcome. “Nudge delivered” means the instruction reached the voice session; it does not prove the instruction was followed.

Your caller ID

Activate your own number in the dashboard. Twilio calls it and asks you to enter the displayed code on your phone keypad. Once verified, the number can be shown on outbound calls. Removing it here removes the account connection; it doesn’t cancel your mobile contract.

Current limits

This is a two-person pilot. Billing is not enabled. Calls use Twilio and OpenAI Realtime through our hosted Pipecat service. Calls can be stopped at any time and have a duration limit.
